When to arrive and depart

We are still working out the details, but the plan is for a bus to bring us to the venue from Toulouse on July 15th, and back again on July 19th. You will have to get yourself to Toulouse. More details to come.

Food and Drink

Meals will be provided at the venue. We will inform the caterers of everyone's dietary preferences.
